Process
Contact us & Visit Our Model Home
The first step in the building process is to get in touch with a WMHGB Sales Consultant and come in and check out our state of the art model home. After meeting with you and discussing the scope of your project, we will present you with a detailed proposal with project specifications.
Financing
It’s critical to know your budget and be pre-approved before moving too far along the process. We can provide with you a few banks that we work with on a regular basis, one of them being SalemFive.
 
Land
WMHGB is a licensed real estate broker and can help you find your dream lot using MLS. If you already own a piece of land, our experts in the construction department will do a site visit to assure feasibility. We offer both these services free of charge.
Custom Design
After entering in to our design build contract, together with our design engineers, we will design the home or addition of your dreams, complete with 3D walk-throughs.
Site Preparation
While your home is being built in our state of the art climate controlled factory, we are prepping your lot for delivery. Permits, foundations, site work are all being done during this phase.
Set Day
Your house can be delivered in as little as 6 weeks after ordering. Once it is delivered, the typical house is set and weather tight in one day! All WMHGB houses are set by the same licensed set crew.
Finish Work
Depending on the size of the home, on site completion can be finished in as little as 6 weeks. WMHGB will obtain your certificate of occupancy and you can then move into your beautiful new dream home!
